To sum up, CheQIn App empowers the travelers to bargain for hotels/stays without any effort. At the same time, it brings in the top 5 lowest offers from the Trip Providers real-time.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and capable of entering, performing and adhering to these terms. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize/browse the CheQIn App Platform, they shall do so only with the involvement, guidance and supervision of their parents and / or legal guardians, under such parent /legal guardian’s registered account. CheQIn App Preserves the right to terminate User’s access and refuse to provide User with access to the CheQIn App Platform if CheQIn App discovers that User is under the age of 18 years.

CheQIn App makes the Services available to you through the CheQIn App Platform and android and iOS apps upon you providing CheQIn App certain required User information and having created an account ("Account") through CheQIn App ID and password or other log-in ID and password (collectively, the "Account Information"). The CheQIn App Platform requires you to register as a User by creating an Account in order to utilize the Services provided. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account Information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account. CheQIn App cannot and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause. You may be held liable for losses incurred by CheQIn App or any other customer or visitor to the CheQIn App Platform due to authorized or unauthorized use of your account as a result of your failure in keeping its Account Information secure and confidential.

CheQIn App also allows restricted access to the CheQIn App Platform for unregistered users. At the time of registration, you shall ensure that the Account Information provided by you in the CheQIn App Platform registration form is complete, accurate and up-to-date. Use of another user’s account information is expressly prohibited.

The bargained offers as offered by the Trip Providers on our Platform are highly competitive. All prices for your Trip are displayed including VAT/GST/sales tax and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes) and fees, unless stated differently on our Platform.

You can post the request including the city/area, check-in/check-out, and hotel class of your choice. The Platform creates competition among the Trip Providers at that particular point of time and brings you the top 5 lowest offers real-time.

We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your stay and service of choice. The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary. Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding. All special offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not labelled as such, you cannot derive any rights in the event of obvious errors or mistakes.

Unless indicated otherwise, our service is free of charge for consumers because, unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our Trip Service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the rate. You will pay the Trip Provider the relevant amount as indicated in the Trip Reservation (plus - insofar not included in the price – relevant applicable taxes, levies and fees (if applicable)).

Trip Providers pay a commission (being a small percentage of the product price (e.g. room price)) to CheQIn App after the end user has consummated the service of the Trip Provider (e.g. after the guest has stayed at (and paid) the accommodation).

The Platform does NOT accept any mode of payment at this time. All the payments will be made to the Trip Provider at the time of time check-in (unless it’s a bulk booking or the Trip Provider ask the traveler to pay upfront in case of peak season times).

You will see the cancellation policy as part of the fine print (or the invoice). You can initiate the cancellations 24 hours before the check-in date through the Platform or through apps. You can deal with the Trip Provider directly for any special request(s).

By completing a Trip Reservation, you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and providing you with certain information and offers (including third party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in for this information) relevant to your Trip (Reservation) and destination, (ii) an email after arrival to rate the (experience with your) Trip Provider and the Trip Service, and (iii) an email which we may send to you promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our guest review form. CheQIn App disclaims any liability or responsibility for any communication by or with the Trip Provider on or through its platform. You cannot derive any rights from any request to, or communication with the Trip Provider or (any form of) acknowledgement of receipt of any communication or request. CheQIn App cannot guarantee that any request or communication will be (duly and timely) received/read by, complied with, executed or accepted by the Trip Provider.

In order to duly complete and secure your Trip Reservation, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled email address or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number.

Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our Platform and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our Platform are owned by Glegoo Innovations Pvt Ltd, its Trip Providers or providers.

CheQIn App (owned by Glegoo Innovations Pvt Ltd) exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to (all intellectual property rights of) (the look and feel (including infrastructure) of) the Platform on which the service is made available (including the guest reviews and translated content) and you are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep)link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content (including any translations thereof and the guest reviews) or our brand without our express written permission. To the extent that you would (wholly or partly) use or combine our (translated) content (including guest reviews) or would otherwise own any intellectual property rights in the Platform or any (translated) content or guest reviews, you hereby assign, transfer and set over all such intellectual property rights to CheQIn App. Any unlawful use or any of the aforementioned actions or behaviour will constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and database right).

Without prejudice to and in addition to any other remedies, reliefs or legal recourses available to CheQIn App herein or any applicable laws or otherwise, User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold CheQIn App harmless including but not limited to its affiliate, agents and employees from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by CheQIn App that arise out of or related to your use or misuse of the of the Website, any violation by you of these terms and conditions, or any breach of representations, warranties and covenants made by you herein.

The Services are provided by CheQIn App on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, CheQIn App makes no warranty that (i) CheQIn App Platform or the Services will meet your requirements or your use of the CheQIn App Platform or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (ii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the CheQIn App Platform, or Services will be effective, accurate or reliable; (iii) the quality of the CheQIn App Platform, or Services will meet your expectations; or that (iv) any errors or defects in the CheQIn App Platform or Services will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from CheQIn App or through or from use of the CheQIn App Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms of use. CheQIn App shall have no liability to the User for any interruption or delay, to access the CheQIn App Platform irrespective of the cause.

It is User’s responsibility to check the details of the Accommodations listed on the .app Platform at its sole discretion. CheQIn App shall not be responsible and shall not be required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between User and Trip Provider. In no event, shall CheQIn App be made a party to dispute between User(s) and Trip Provider(s).

CheQIn App shall not be liable for any damages of any kind whatsoever including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary and consequential damages, damages for loss of use, data or profits, or other intangible losses, which may arise or are arising from the use of this CheQIn App Platform or any of the information, software, services and related graphics contained within the CheQIn App Platform or any of the Services offered, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and even if CheQIn App has been advised of the possibility of damages.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN OR ELSEWHERE, CheQIn App ENTIRE LIABILITY TO THE USER FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF AVAILING CheQIn App SERVICES/ BROWSING THE CheQIn App PLATFORM SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT EQUIVALENT TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement, and all transactions entered into on or through CheQIn App Platform shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of India which shall be applicable to this Agreement without regard to principles of conflict of laws. User agrees that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the CheQIn App Platform, the terms or any transactions entered into on or through the CheQIn App Platform or the relationship between User and CheQIn App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi and User hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

No Waiver :Any failure, delay or forbearance on the part of CheQIn App in: (i) exercising any right, power or privilege under this Agreement; or (ii) enforcing terms of this Agreement, shall not operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise by CheQIn App of any right, power or privilege preclude any other future exercise or enforcement thereof.

Severability: The Parties hereto agree that each of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall be severable, and the unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision(s) or of the remainder of this Agreement.
